Important - Recent mailout
We're aware of a problem with a recent mailout of P60 pension statements. A misalignment with the letter's printing meant the addressee name wasn't visible in the envelope window. This may have increased the chance of it being opened by someone other than the intended recipient. We've taken action to prevent the issue recurring and would like to apologise for this error.
