The way we keep in contact with you will differ depending on whether you are paying in, no longer paying in or retired.
Paying in
Benefit statements
Each year we will send you a statement showing you an estimate of your benefits.
"Paying in" Newsletter (LGPS Newsletter)
This newsletter is issued at least once a year and contains useful information regarding changes to the scheme regulations, topical pension issues and updates on the service we provide. It will normally be issued at the same time as the annual benefit statements.
No longer paying in
Benefit statements
Each year we will send you a statement showing you the current value of your deferred benefits.
Don't forget to keep in touch with us and let us know if you:
- change address
- change your marriage/relationship status
- wish to change your nomination of beneficiary for death grant
Receiving your LGPS pension
"Pensioner News" (Pensioner Focus)
This is the newsletter we will send to you each year to keep you up to date with what is happening with the London Borough of Harrow Pension Fund and in the pensions world in general.
P60s
A P60 is a certificate showing the pension paid and the tax deducted during the previous tax year. We will send you a P60 in May each year.
Payslips
We send you a payslip to you when your pension goes up or down by £5.00 or more from the previous month.
Pension increase notification
We will write to you every April via our 'Pensioner Focus' newsletter with details of your pension increase.

- change your bank or building society
accept another job where you can join the LGPS - change your marriage/relationship status
- wish to change your nomination of beneficiary for death grant
